- We reply. We contact you by email or phone to confirm a time, and ask a few questions about your stock, locations and team.
- Your demo. We walk through VasKem using workflows like yours: receiving against a purchase order, bins and transfers, a stock take, and an order through to invoice.
- Your quote. Plans start from R4,500 per month excl. VAT for 3 users and 1 warehouse. We confirm extra users, warehouses, onboarding and any integration work in writing.
- Trial or rollout. If it fits, we agree trial access or a rollout plan, including data preparation and training.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a demo take?
Plan for about 30 to 45 minutes. We spend most of it on your own workflow, such as a goods receipt, a stock transfer and an order through to invoice, rather than a generic slide deck.
Can I try VasKem myself before deciding?
Yes. Trial access is arranged on request; choose 'Trial access' in the form. Trial length, features and any terms are agreed before it is switched on. You can also click through the product tour right now without signing up.
What does VasKem cost?
Plans start from R4,500 per month excl. VAT for 3 users and 1 warehouse. Extra users, warehouses, onboarding and any integrations are quoted for your setup.
Do I have to use the form?

What happens to the details I send?
We use them only to reply to your request and arrange the demo or trial. We keep form requests for up to 12 months and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at hello@vaskem.com.
