What to review
- Capture batch and expiry details when receiving
- Identify warehouse and bin locations
- Review expiring stock before dispatch
- Define handling and exception responsibilities
Follow a batch through the warehouse
Use a sample batch to demonstrate receipt, movement, quantity checks and dispatch. Include a damaged delivery and a blocked batch in your acceptance checklist, and confirm which steps are supported or require additional work.
Separate monitoring from stock control
Temperature sensors, excursion alerts, validation, recall processes and specialist release controls must be scoped and verified separately. VasKem is not advertised here as a certified temperature-monitoring or compliance system.
