- Movement history
Document the required evidence
List what must be recorded at receipt, movement and dispatch, and who may approve each step. Test those requirements with representative records rather than assuming a general WMS covers them.
Validate before committing
Quarantine, controlled release, serialisation, temperature monitoring and regulatory reporting require explicit confirmation and appropriate specialist review. No pharmaceutical certification or compliance guarantee is claimed.
