Use for authorised business work

Use only accounts, companies and records you are authorised to access. Keep information accurate where practicable and respect intellectual-property, confidentiality and privacy obligations. Tell us about suspected account compromise or an unsafe result.

Do not misuse the service

Do not bypass permissions or usage limits, probe other companies' records, share access credentials, distribute malware, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent generated text as independently verified, or interfere with service availability.

Do not use Ask VasKem to obtain secrets, evade safeguards, profile people unlawfully, or make solely automated decisions with significant effects on them. Do not submit payment-card security codes, authentication secrets, children's data or special personal information without a specifically assessed and agreed lawful workflow. Automated extraction and integrations require agreed limits and authorisation.

How concerns are handled

We may investigate, preserve necessary evidence and proportionately restrict the affected access. We provide notice and an opportunity to respond where practicable and lawful. Report a concern through the published support channels without including private customer records or passwords. This policy does not authorise security testing of production; request written scope first.
